These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the booking of our safari, trekking, and holiday services in Tanzania, including Mount Kilimanjaro climbs, wildlife safaris, and Zanzibar beach holidays.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or booking any of our services, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent
- You agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions
- You understand that travel in Tanzania involves outdoor, wildlife, and mountain environments with inherent risks
2. Services We Provide
We specialize in:
- Kilimanjaro trekking (Marangu, Machame, Lemosho, Rongai routes)
- Mount Meru and Oldoinyo Lengai climbs
- Wildlife safaris in Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, Tarangire, and Selous
- Zanzibar beach holidays and cultural tours
- Custom private and group safari packages
All itineraries are subject to availability and weather conditions.
3. Booking and Confirmation
- A booking is confirmed only after receiving a deposit or full payment.
- You will receive a booking confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
- We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking if necessary.
4. Payments
- A booking is confirmed only after receipt of a deposit or full payment, depending on the agreed arrangement.
- A deposit is required to secure your reservation, usually between 20%–40% of the total tour cost.
- The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the tour unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, mobile money, or other approved payment methods.
- All payments are processed according to standard banking and transaction systems applicable to the selected payment method.
- The client is responsible for ensuring that the full invoice amount is received by the company after any applicable transaction or processing fees.
- Once payment is received, a confirmation receipt and booking details will be issued.
5. Pricing Policy
- All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated.
- Prices may change due to government taxes, park fees, or currency fluctuations.
- Once a booking is confirmed, prices will not change unless the itinerary is modified.
6. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
- More than 60 days before departure: partial refund minus administrative costs
- 30–60 days before departure: 50% refund
- 15–29 days before departure: 25% refund
- Less than 15 days before departure: no refund
No refunds are given for:
- No-shows
- Early departure from a tour
- Missed flights or delays outside our control
7. Changes to Itinerary
We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to:
- Weather conditions
- Safety concerns
- Park regulations
- Operational requirements
We always aim to provide suitable alternatives of equal or higher value.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
- Provide accurate personal and travel information
- Hold valid passports, visas, and insurance
- Follow guide instructions at all times
- Ensure they are physically fit for trekking or safari activities
We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect information provided by the client.
9. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend full travel insurance covering:
- Medical emergencies
- Trip cancellation
- Lost luggage
- High-altitude trekking risks
10. Health and Safety
- Clients must disclose any medical conditions before booking
- Some tours involve high altitude and physical activity
- We reserve the right to refuse participation if safety is at risk
11. Liability Disclaimer
Your safety is our top priority. We carefully plan and operate all our safaris and trekking trips with experienced guides, proper equipment, and strong safety procedures.
However, because our tours take place in natural environments such as national parks, mountains, and wildlife areas, some experiences are beyond human control.
- Weather conditions, wildlife behavior, and natural events may sometimes change unexpectedly.
- Our guides will always make decisions with your safety in mind and adjust plans when necessary.
- We kindly ask all clients to follow the instructions of our professional guides at all times during the trip.
- By joining our tours, clients understand that adventure travel in nature involves some level of personal responsibility.
We do everything possible to ensure you have a safe, comfortable, and unforgettable experience in Tanzania.
12. Third-Party Services
To make your travel experience smooth and well-organized, we work closely with trusted partners such as hotels, lodges, transport providers, airlines, and national park authorities.
These partners are independent service providers, and we carefully select them to ensure quality and reliability.
While we always do our best to coordinate everything for your trip, there may be occasions where delays, schedule changes, or service adjustments happen due to third-party providers.
In such cases, we will always support you and do our best to find suitable alternatives and ensure your travel experience continues smoothly.
13. Force Majeure
In rare cases, travel plans may be affected by events that are outside our control.
These may include:
- Natural disasters
- Political situations or unrest
- Global health emergencies (such as pandemics)
- Government restrictions or policy changes
- Extreme or unexpected weather conditions
In such situations, your safety remains our top priority. We will always do our best to:
- Adjust your itinerary where possible
- Reschedule your trip
- Offer suitable alternative arrangements
