Douglas is one of East Africa’s most trusted mountain guides, known especially for his outstanding expertise on Mount Kilimanjaro, Mount Meru, Oldoinyo Lengai, and Mount Kenya. His main strength is in high-altitude guiding, where his experience, calm leadership, and deep understanding of mountain conditions have helped countless climbers reach their goals safely.
Beyond the mountains, Douglas also guides cultural tours, sharing authentic local traditions, history, food, and stories that allow guests to experience Tanzania in a warm and personal way. While he has knowledge of wildlife safaris, his passion and strongest ability remain on the mountains and in cultural experiences, where his connection to the land and the people truly shines.

Rawland keeps the company consistent, organized, and client-focused.
